From October 2005 to October 2007 (amounting to 2 years and 1 month), Jeff Barcy was Executive Vice President and Managing Director at Hearthstone. He established the Landstone division and helped manage an institution of 75 people and 125 active real estate projects from coast to coast.
He was a Senior Officer at Hearthstone – a large institutional investor in real estate. Hearthstone has $2 billion of assets under management. At the firm, Mr. Barcy transformed a new business from a $150 million start-up to a $1 billion fund. Additionally, he completed $500M of investments.
