Jeff Barcy is the Ceo in addition to co-founder with Ridgeback Partners. Ridgeback Partners is a real estate investment and building firm started within the year 2007 to take benefit of engaging business opportunities for the troubled non commercial property sectors within the U . S . market.
After graduating from Harvard College in 1991, Jeff spent 3 years doing work on Wall Street and in Los Angeles as an investment banker for CS First Boston. At this opportunity, Jeff Barcy helped generate billions of dollars for banking companies and as well as savings and loan organizations. He then proceeded to continue his education and learning and enrolled at the Harvard Business School between 1994-1996.
Jeff Barcy graduated obtaining M.B.A. in June of 1996. He then joined the business office of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette (DLJ) in 1996 as an Associate, and worked his way all the way up through the ranks over the course of nine years to become a Director in its investment banking division. For the time of his tenure at the investment bank, Jeff worked on $20 billion of IPOs, mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt financings for a number of companies.
In 2007, Jeff Barcy concluded to start Ridgeback Partners to take full advantage of opportunities in the distressed real estate current market place; he recruited an investment bank in order to raise institutional capital and obtained capital commitments from a meaningful number of institutional investors. Ridgeback Partners also has invested in a number of Southern California gated communities like Madison Estates (www.madisonestatesliving.com) along with Monte Sereno (www.psmontesereno.com) in Palm Springs
